After being in the dental field for over 17 years with the same dentist, I decided it was time to start planning for a career change that I could do gradually while still being gainfully employed.

With much self-reflection and outside source information and guidance, I knew the field of “healing” was calling me - more for my own healing of mind, body and spirit than for anyone else.

I was introduced to BodyTalk by my friend and now colleague, and after receiving a few sessions and experiencing the shifts that took place, I put it out in my meditation that if this was the path I was to follow then BodyTalk had to come to Edmonton at the beginning of the new year and the money had to come from somewhere. Three days later I got a phone call saying BodyTalk was coming to Edmonton at the end of January. Two out of three ain’t bad - now show me the money! And the money came, too. I knew that this was what I was meant to do and I haven’t looked back since.

In January/February of 2005 I completed BodyTalk Fundamentals and became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner in August of the same year. Since then I’ve studied and audited most of the advanced modules and some of the specialised courses offered through the International BodyTalk Association. Outside of BodyTalk I have completed Reiki Level 1 & 2, and have studied Accunect Connect, Emotion Code and Body Code, Yuen Method, Access Consciousness - The Bars, Reconnection, and Belief Re-patterning, and recently Conscious Living Investigation to name a few.

On a personal and professional level, my studies are far from being complete - the knowledge is vast and ever expanding. With so much to tap into, I’m a student for life.

After 25 years in the dental field, I officially retired in November 2012 to focus on my BodyTalk practice and clients, facilitating in person and with distance sessions, whether in my Edmonton clinic or my home office in Morinville. I enjoy working with all age groups and am always intrigued to witness each client’s process as they gain clarity and health on all levels.
